Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front garden with open views and seating, rear enclosed courtyard with seating. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles and pub 0.7 miles. Note: There are four steps leading up to the property, please take care and 1 shallow step at the entrance to the rear of the property. Please note: Ripon centre is only 1 mile away, around a 20 minute walk.
