Cottage Features

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, stairgates. Off road parking for 1 car, additional parking on road or in pay and display car park, within 2 mins walk. Small front patio with furniture, overlooking railway and harbour. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and sea 5 mins walk. Note: 4 trains per day, plus steam trains, pass by the property, between 6.30am and 7.45pm. In owner’s experience the train audible warning signal for the crossing happens some 50-100 meters up or down the track, and any disturbance is limited to a slight rumble as it passes.

Popular towns and villages include Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay, but incredible stays can be enjoyed off the beaten track too.
