Balcony with furniture and hot tub. Front garden with lawn and pond. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: There is a pond in the garden, families with young children be aware, children must be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: If your booking size consists of a large number of adults we will require further information before accepting the booking. Note: There is a no-noise policy after 10pm, we kindly advise that use of the outside areas, including the hot tub, is not permitted after 10pm out of respect for the surrounding neighbours. Strictly no parties or celebrations. Note: There are no facilities to charge an electric vehicle at the property, please do not use mains electric to charge vehicles. Note: 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel provided per person. Bookings are a minimum of 3 nights at this property. Please Note: May we kindly remind you all guests are expected to leave the property as found, ensuring the property is left clean and tidy, Please be aware should additional cleaning be required an additional fee may be charged.
