Electric heating. Oven, hob, fridge TV [accessed via fire stick or apps], Wifi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Shared garden at rear with picnic bench, BBQ area and shared kid’s playground. Shared indoor heated swimming pool. One well behaved pet allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.2 miles. Note: The shared indoor swimming pool is closed for cleaning for a few hours on a Saturday. Note: There is a height restriction in the bath tub in the bathroom. Note: steep hill on complex. Note: Due to proximity of water, children need to be accompanied by adults.
Note: The swimming pool will be closed from 5th November 2022 and re open 1st April 2023

Popular towns and villages include Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay, but incredible stays can be enjoyed off the beaten track too.
