Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: Annexe approximately five yards from main house entrance. Accessed via own door, or through the king-size bedroom with en-suite. The door between the annexe and the bedroom can be kept locked. Note: Property across the road from unfenced beck, children to be supervised when outside.
