Cottage Features

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for one small car in garage located 1 mile from property. Parking on the East side in Whitby can be tricky, free parking spaces on Church Street are snapped up quickly, however, numerous pay and display car parks on the West side and a small public car
park within 5 minutes walk on the East side. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach and all amenities 10 mins walk.

Over first, second and third floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x third floor open-plan double, 1 x second floor twin, both accessed via steep stairs. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

The North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Coast offer some phenomenal holiday opportunities, with outstanding views over moorland and out to the North Sea, as well as amazing sandy beaches.

Popular towns and villages include Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay, but incredible stays can be enjoyed off the beaten track too.

There’s truly something for everyone in this region.
