Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven with gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Local car parks in the area, parking permits can be purchased in advance from the Tourist Board, otherwise roadside parking is available on a first come, first serve basis nearby. Enclosed and secure garden at the front of the property and terraced garden at back of property. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Less than 10 minute walk to town centre. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Note: This property has two flights of steep stairs and may therefore not be suitable for those with limited mobility or very young children. Please note: Dogs to be supervised at all times when in the back garden please.
