Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Two travel cots (located under bunk beds). A highchair is always at the property and does not need to be requested. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. No stag/hen parties or groups of teenagers.
Note – This property has two sets of stairs without stair gates – the property may not be suitable for toddlers. Please note customers must purchase their own sticks and logs to use the woodburning stove.
Note: The main bathroom for the three top floor bedrooms is on the middle floor so it does involve stairs.
Note: There are low ceilings in the games room and beams in the main lounge.
Note: The garden is not enclosed, so not ideal for toddlers or dogs who like to wander.
