Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot provided (please bring own linen). Roadside parking available. Garden with outdoor front seating area to enjoy the morning sunshine and outdoor rear courtyard with a large table/chairs and parasol. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping in the property. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Note: Hairdryers on each floor. Note: Regatta House offers one parking permit for 1 car in a near by car park and scratch cards for 1 further car, these allow you to park in the close vicinity of the house, but are on a first come, first served basis, and no guarantee of finding spaces, if available there is space directly in front of the house

Dining room with period fireplace, woodburning stove, dresser and armchair. Sitting room with smart TV. Ground-floor cloakroom with WC and plenty of space for coats/boots and outdoor washing line for drying

The North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Coast offer some phenomenal holiday opportunities, with outstanding views over moorland and out to the North Sea, as well as amazing sandy beaches.

Popular towns and villages include Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay, but incredible stays can be enjoyed off the beaten track too.

There’s truly something for everyone in this region.
