Oil central heating and underfloor heating on the ground-floor and woodburning stove. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, washer/dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for five cars. Rear garden area with lawn area and patio area with furniture. The hot tub is now electric and so will be ready for guest arrival. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 3.2 miles, shop within 4.3 miles Please note that as per the pictures, this property is next to a cattle field which has livestock and there may be associated countryside noise. There is a cattle grid which should prevent dogs leaving any open area but please do supervise your dogs while in the property area.
Please note – No dogs to be in the bedroom at anytime.
