Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private patio and lawned garden area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pubs (20 minute walk along The Old Rail Trail Bridleway). Note: There are three internal steps into the sitting room, but can be level accessed via French doors. Note: Ground floor bedroom is accessed via steps so not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Note: There is a fenced stream 50 yards away, please ensure children are supervised. Note: The North Yorkshire Moors steam railway passes the bottom of the garden with up to two trains per hour passing by during the day in the operating season. Note: No Hen/Stag parties.Mobile signal can be intermittent. Check in for this property is 3.30pm

Popular towns and villages include Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay, but incredible stays can be enjoyed off the beaten track too.
