Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Note: The double bed can only be accessed from one side. Please also note: Due to this being a character property, the ceilings are low and the stairs are quirky and narrow/steep and so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The property has an entrance then a staircase up to the kitchen bathroom and living room then another staircase to the bedrooms. The double bedroom has a window but the twin bedroom does not. Roadside parking is available over night or for one hour maximum during the day between 9am and 5pm-There is also free 24 hour parking available behind The Victoria Pub, just a 2 minute walk away. Within approx 15 miles Burton Constable Hall is a nearby Manor house with gardens and cafe. Hornsea Mere is within walking distance and has boat hire and birdwatching. Sorry, no smoking and no vaping. Shop and pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.7 miles
